Stallhagen’s business concept has been to develop and market creative hand-made premium beer products, both in bottles and on tap, for well-defined market segments. A common characteristic of Stallhagen’s customers is their interest in quality beer and special beer products, and their readiness to try beer and food combinations, always being on the look-out for new and exciting taste experiences.
Stallhagen’s production philosophy is based on natural raw materials and the highest quality according to the “Hand-Made Slow Beer” principles, with flavoursome quality craft beers as the result. Apart from the established core range, every other month Stallhagen brings out a different variety of special beer on tap. Stallhagen’s production programme also includes prize-winning seasonal products for Christmas and the annual Åland Harvest Festival, as well as beers for other special occasions.
Apart from the domestic Åland market, Stallhagen’s beers are also sold on the Finnish mainland and in Sweden, and in selected duty-free shops. In Finland there are over 1200 retail outlets including the K-Group’s and S-Group’s supermarkets and shops and many pubs and restaurants throughout the country. In Finland and Sweden, Stallhagen’s beer is also available on order from the state owned liquor stores Alko and Systembolaget. In many places in Sweden there are also restaurants and pubs offering Stallhagen’s beer.
